- Bella Sweetheart (OMR 40/month): 180 minutes of service, including Roots Hair Color, Mani-Pedi, Express Treatment, and Blowdry. Ideal for a quick hair color refresh and other pampering treatments.
- Bella Boss Babe (OMR50/month): 210 minutes of service, featuring a Deep Cleanse Facial, Gel Mani-Pedi, Hair Shampoo, and Blowdry. Designed for those seeking a more intensive beauty routine.
- Bella VIP(OMR60/month): 240 minutes of premium service, including a Deep Cleanse Facial, Roots Hair Color, Mani-Pedi, and Hair Shampoo + Blowdry. This package is for the ultimate beauty and self-care experience.

3. Automatic renewals & cancellations
To ensure your experience remains seamless, our memberships renew automatically each month. You won’t have to worry about remembering to renew; we’ll take care of it for you.

● Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, please provide us with 30 days’ written notice by email at info@bellahousesalon.com. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to another member.

4. Appointments & Cancellations
To make the most of your membership, we encourage you to book your appointments in
advance.
● AdvancedBooking: This guarantees you the best time slots and ensures that we can plan efficiently around your preferences.
● Cancellation Policy: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a slot. Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a charge.
Your Advantage: Our 24-hour cancellation policy maximizes the availability of services for all clients. It’s a fair way to ensure everyone benefits from our well-managed schedule.
5. unused services
We understand that life gets busy, and you might not always use all the services in your package within a given month. Don’t worry—you have an additional 30 days to use any leftover services from your membership.
● Unused Services: These can be redeemed within 30 days of the original month. After 30 days, any remaining services will expire.

6. refunds & Returns
We offer a fair and straight forward refund and return policy:
● Membership Refunds: If you haven’t used any services for the month and notify us within 30 days, you’re eligible for an 80% refund. However, if services have been used, no refund will be issued.
● Product Returns: Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
● Service Complaints: If you have any concerns about a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
